Overview¶

The storage service is a NIRVA external service that manages the high volume persistent storing and retrieval of data on physical medias.
Here are the major features:

• Persistent storage of documents
• Volume management
• Storage levels
• Synchronization between storage levels
• Storing of flat files or entire NIRVA containers
