Focus problem on Windows 7

Description
Using Word, when we print on IV, login dialog box appears correctly on top of Word, but when we type user or password, it is written in the Word document. In other words, login dialog box appears on top of Word, but does not have focus.
We have to click on dialog box for it to take focus.
This has been reproduced on Windows 7 64bits and Windows 2008 R2 (64bits).

This is confirmed to be a bug. I can reproduce it on vista too.
